ARE YOU A DIGGER?

GEOSCIENTISTS: PEOPLE WHO WORK AT DIGGING

GEOSCIENTISTS: PEOPLE WHO WORK AT DIGGING

  • If you said, "Yes,", then you are a digger. Diggers love to look for treasures. These may be interesting looking rocks, amazing crystals, gold, fossils, unique creatures, minerals, relics, artifacts, or even meteorites.

  • You are a detective and explorer so you want to know what treasures can be found in and on the Earth.
  • Learn about  Mother Earth and her wonders. Keep her strong for all inhabitants' survival.

  • Some of us are pickers.  We like to see what diggers discover.  We can pick through what they leave. I am a picker!

DIGGER DYNAMO BOOK IN REVISION FOR INCLUSION

  • I’m writing a humorous, adventure chapter book for seven to ten-year-olds. View Weebly website for Digger Dynamo stories in a Choose Your Own Adventure format.  4th and 5th graders learned people characteristics with assignments that they accessed online.  (2012) We worked together in person.  Callie is one of the main characters with her twin brother Artie. I  changed Cal to Callie so that a girl and boy would be the protagonists.

  • Readers can smile and learn about geoscientists through the adventures of  Callie and Artie  who love to dig. They carry on the geoscience family legacy of the Marbles and Quarries. They love Mother Earth. Their Earth Crew promotes sustainability. Rocks, minerals, meteorites, the geoscience diggers, and earth's dynamic changes excite their curiosity. Using Marble Dig Kit Tools will  excite those who dig and searches for  "treasure."

  • And if you look carefully, it might just be lying right in front of you...
